All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars. If a product has no price or $0, it does not mean that it is free. It simply means that the prices are not available at the point in time.


All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during promotions.

Ordering Procedure

  • Browse through our catalogue
  • Use the shopping cart or email us
  • We will confirm stock availability and reply to you
  • When your orders is ready, we will arrange with you for delivery or collection of order 

International Orders

We will shipped worldwide by either air or surface mail using Singapore Post services ( For airmail, it will normally take 7 to 12 working days for delivery. For surface mail, it will take a much longer 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Warranty of Merchantability

All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.

Terms of Warranty

All warranty conditions are stated in the product information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

Collection/Delivery of order

We understand that our customers are concerned about the affordability of shipping. That is why we will find all ways to minimise this cost on your behalf. FREE local delivery for purchase above S$100.00.

Delivery methods available (local Singapore delivery):
  • Normal SingPost mail. This is the usual method used. No tracking provided. Delivery is NOT guaranteed. Singpost states delivery in 3 to 5 working days.
  • SingPost Registered or Smartpac mail. Provides tracking number and delivery in 2 to 3 working days.
  • Courier Delivery. This method is used for bulky items. Typically we have courier pickup only once a week on Mondays.
Delivery is usually by normal SingPost mail (Typical delivery charges are from S$0.50 to S$3.80). You can request for SingPost registered mail or courier delivery (S$4.00). Or purchase $100 and get free registered delivery.

For delivery Internationally, we use SingPost Registered mail, Air Parcel or Surface Mail. Please check with us the applicable shipping charges.


Please do not make any payment online! We will contact you by email regarding delivery charges and method of payment. We DO NOT accept nor will request for any credit card numbers.

Three methods of payment are possible:

  1. Bank transfer
    • We will inform you via email the bank account and account name to pay to.
  2. Cheque
    • You will have to mail us the cheque (details to be make known to you after orders confirmation). Your orders will be despatched to you soonest upon clearance of the cheque.
  3. Credit Card Payment
    • We accept payment via Paypal.

Delivery date

All products shown are subject to availability on a first-come, first-serve basis. If it is out of stock, we will notify you. You may then cancel or change your order. We can do a special order for you depending on purchase quantity.

We will typically send out all orders within 3 days from date of payment.

Order cancellation

Upon receiving your email or fax, we will inform you about the availability of the products, total cost and the estimated delivery date. Once you confirm the order, we will process it and at this point in time, regret that we will not be able to cancel it. However, if we are unable to fulfil your order due to factors beyond our control, you will receive an email informing you of the situation. Following this notification, you have up to three days to cancel the order.

Confirmation of Orders

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Return and Exchange policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase thus the following conditions will apply for any return and exchange:

  • Merchandise worn, soiled, stained or washed cannot be accepted for any return and exchange.
  • Any defective products can be replaced at our discression within 1 month from date of purchase.
  • Selected brands offers warranty on snaps and/or workmanship. Please email us for further instructions should there be any defect.


  • Any returns require prior authorization by contacting
  • Merchandise must be shipped to the address given by us.
  • Delivery / Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer will bear all the shipping / delivery charges incurred for the return and for the replaced items.
  • Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt. We accepts no responsibility for any lost, misdirected or damaged merchandise sent to us for return and exchange. So for your own safety, please ensure that your merchandise are properly insured and registered if sent via post.

Confidentiality of Transactions

We treat all transactions and customers' particulars with the strictest confidence.

Information Security Policy

Milagro Trading is committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of personal information you submit. Our secure server encrypts all personal information (including name, address and contact details) so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Milagro Trading DO NOT accept or request for any customers' credit card information. We currently uses 3rd party services provided by Paypal and internet services by the local banks.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption

Industry standard security measures are used which is made available through your browser called Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL protocol is used to safeguard your sensitive personal information during online transactions. Using this widely accepted form of encryption, your transaction is secured from your personal computer to the computer processing your request.

As users enter the payment information, it is captured on a page that uses the SSL protocol by default. All personal and financial information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. All financial information is stored in encrypted form on our servers. The server is also not accessible through the Internet. Credit card security will continue to be an issue of top priority for our company.
